Important Appointment Guidelines:

• Feeling under the weather? If you've got cold or flu symptoms, please sit this one out and rest up - we'll find anytime for you!

• Come comfy! Loose, relaxed clothing is perfect for your session.
​
• If you can, skip the caffeine beforehand - it helps acupuncture work its magic even better.
​
• Try to have a little something to eat at least an hour before your session. (Morning-sick mamas, you get a free pass on this one! ​
