Cancellation Policy: Sometimes life happens, and you need to change your appointment. Out of consideration, please get in touch with us at least 12 hours prior if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to give your spot to another client. Late cancellations will incur a fee subject to our discretion (from $30.00 up to the full appointment fee). No show/non-attendance will incur the cost of the full appointment fee.

Running late for your appointment? If you are late, to keep things on schedule for everyone, we may need to shorten your appointment to the original time slot. This helps us ensure all our clients get the full appointment time they deserve.

ACC treatment: For ACC funded treatment, you as the client accept full responsibility for the payment of all sessions in the event that ACC funding is declined.

Paying for services: payment is due on the date of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know on the day of your appointment if your payment will run late. We are happy to create a payment plan with you to avoid additional administrative fees.

All overdue invoices will incur an administration fee of $5.00 each week the payment is late. If, in extreme cases, the Client’s account remains outstanding, the Provider (Zing Acupuncture) will pass the Client’s details on to a debt collection agency. Note: the Client will also be liable for any additional fees incurred as part of this debt collection process. The Provider reserves the right to halt any Services in the event of an unpaid account.
